| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨国产ＮＢＣＡ胶栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形的优越性，微导管及ＤＳＡ改进后适应症的变化及栓塞治疗并发症的防治。方法 经股动脉插管，微导管插至病变处，用国产ＮＢＣＡ胶对２４例脑动静脉畸形实施栓塞治疗，男１５例、女９例，年龄５￣４８岁。结果 ３次栓塞１例，２次栓塞２例，其余栓塞一次，１００％栓塞７例，８０￣９０％栓塞１０例，５０％栓塞４例，３０％栓塞３例。结论 国产ＮＢＣＡ胶栓塞治疗脑动静畸形安全，效 |

| Abstract: | Objectives To define the advantages of home-made NBCA used for embolization of cerebral AVMs. The indication of embolization after the improvement in microcatheter and DSA techniques, and the measures for prevention of its compcica-tion were also evaluated. Method Clinical data of 24 patients (male, 15 and female, 9 with ages of 5-48) with cerebral AVMs, who recieved endovascular embolization with this home-made NBCA, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Complete embolization was achieved in 7 cases, 80%-90%in 10 and 30%-50% in 7 cases. Conclusion The authors beleived that, in the management of cerebral AVMs, endovascular embolization using home-made NBCA was effective, safe and seldom relapsed. |
