睾丸恶性淋巴瘤的亚型观察

本文对原发于睾丸的５例恶性淋巴瘤进行了组织学和免疫组织化学的研究。组织学分类均为弥漫性非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤，但其细胞形态有小（１例）、中（２例）、大（２例）之不同；免疫组织化学标记结果，除１例是Ｔ细胞型外，皆对Ｂ细胞的单克隆抗体表达。此结果与日本的报道不同。

Pathol ogical subcl assification of the testicul ar malignant lymphoma(Areview of 5 cases)

Histological and immunohistochemistry studies were made in 5 patients with tes-ticular lymphoma. the scrotal swelling was on the right side in 2 cases and on the left in 3 cases.Age of the patients ranged from 13 to 60 years,with a median of 40. 4 years. all theneoplasmwere diffused non-Hhodgkin’s malignant lymphoma histologically. the tumor cells were differentin size, being small in l case, median in 2 and large in 2. immunohistochemistry revealed that,except one, in whom the tumor was of the t cell type, the other four expressed with the mono-clonal antibodies of B cells. These findings were different from the reports from Japan.
