| 摘 要： | 探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的疗效。将 80例中风后遗症患者随机分为补阳还五汤治疗组及中风回春丸对照组 ,各 4 0例 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :治疗组完全恢复 15例 ,显效 13例 ,好转 8例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 90 0 % ,与对照组总有效率 77 5 %相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。提示补阳还五汤对气虚血瘀型中风后遗症具有较好疗效

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of modified "Buyang Huanwu Decoction" in the treatment of post-apoplectic sequelae of qi deficiency and blood stasis, 80 subjects were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group, and treated respectively by "Buyang Huanwu Decoction" and Zhongfenghuichun pill, with a course of 2 months. Result: The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 68.5% in control group, with a significant difference between them (P<0.05). It is suggested that this Decoction is quite effective for post-apoplectic sequelae of qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
