自由基与细菌性角膜溃疡

摘    要:观察了绿脓杆菌角膜溃疡角膜中脂质过氧化产物(MDA)和抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT)的变化以及抗氧化剂(SOD、Vit.C,E)对角膜溃疡的保护作用。结果表明;自由基介导的脂质过氧化足细菌性角膜溃疡损害的病理因素之一;抗氧化治疗是角膜溃疡一种有效的辅助治疗。

Abstract:This study adopted the model of Pseudomonas aeruginosa corneal ulcer in rabbit.Thelevel of liperoxidated product-malondialdehyde (MDA),the activity of superoxide dismu-tase (SOD),catalase(CAT) in the cornea were observed at different time after infection(1,3,6,10 and 15 days) and after treated with antioxidants plus antibiotics and withantibiotics alone as control.The results suggested that free radicals and its metabolicproducts are one of pathogenic factors which involved in the damage of cornea after bac-terial infection.Antioxidants can reduce the tissue damage from free radicals and accele-rate ulcer recovery.
