摘    要:摘要:人工骨具有良好的抗生素缓释能力,部分人工骨还具有一定的骨诱导能力,以人工骨作为抗生素缓释载体治疗感染性骨缺损具有广阔的应用前景。异体骨具有良好的骨诱导能力,以异体骨作为抗生素载体可在抗感染的同时促进骨缺损愈合。由于不同载体在抗生素负载、缓释能力以及骨传导、诱导作用等方面各有优劣,因此在感染性骨缺损的治疗中应根据不同患者选取不同的载体,并对载体制作工艺进行不断改进,使其从仿生学意义上更接近人骨组织,进一步增强其骨传导和骨诱导作用,同时具有更强的抗生素缓释功能。

Abstract:Abstract: Artificial bone has the good ability of delayed releasing of antibiotics and bone induction, and antibiotic-impregnated artificial bone has a widely application prospect to cure the infective bone defect. Variant bone possesses good ability of bone induction, and antibiotic-impregnated variant bone can be used to promote the healing of bone defect and cure infection. We should chose different materials for the treatment of infective bone defects in different patients due to the disparity of each material regarding antibiotic loading, delayed release, bone conduction and bone induction. And the manufacture technology of the materials should be improved in order to stimulate the human bone tissue in a more bionics way and enhance the ability of bone conduction and bone induction of materials, as the same time of increasing the delayed-release ability of antibiotics.
