| 摘 要： | [背景]探讨5F共用导管在经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影术中的应用可行性.[病例报告]采用5F共用导管给107例患者(Allen’s试验呈阳性)行冠状动脉造影术,其中桡动脉穿刺成功者为105例,改行股动脉穿刺者为2例;改用JL4.0者为1例,改用JR3.5者为3例,其余均采用5F共用导管获得成功.[讨论]5F共用导管应用于经桡动脉的冠状动脉造影术具有手术成功率高,创伤小,手术时间及卧床时间短等特点.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To explore the feasibility of transradial access for coronary angiography with 5F catheter.CASE REPORTS 107 consecutive patients were performed by radial coronary angiography with 5F universal catheter.The successful puncture was in 105 cases,and femoral were done instead in 2 cases,JL 4.0 was selected in 1 case,and JR 3.5 was selected in 3 cases,and the rest cases were used 5F universal catheter successfully.DISCUSSION The transradial coronary angiography with 5F catheter is safe and feasible,the highly successful rate of procedure and with little pain and low complications rate. |
