摘    要:目的:观察葛根素对大鼠心肌梗死后梗死部位去胆碱能神经支配的影响,以求证实葛根素的神经保护作用。方法:SD大鼠28只,分为正常对照组、心肌梗死模型组、神经生长因子组和葛根素组。2d后取材,以KarnovskyRoots法,显示胆碱能神经纤维,应用多功能真彩色病理图像分析系统分析胆碱能神经纤维密度。结果:心肌梗死模型组大鼠梗死区及梗死周围区胆碱能神经纤维密度均比正常对照组明显降低(均P<0.01);神经生长因子组和葛根素组大鼠胆碱能神经纤维密度均比模型组明显增高(均P<0.05);葛根素组与神经生长因子组比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:葛根素能够减缓大鼠心肌梗死后的去胆碱能神经支配,有类似神经生长因子的神经保护作用。

Abstract:AIM: To confirm the protective effect of puerarin for the innervation, and the influence of puerarin on the denervation in the rat's ischemic area after myocardial infarction. METHODS: Twenty-eight SD model rats were divided into four groups: normal control group, myocardial infarction model group, nerve growth factor (NGF) group and puerarin (Pue) group. The samples were collected 2d later to show the cholinergic innervation, with Karnovsky-Roots method and the density of the cholinergic innervation were analysized by using the analysis of Multi-function Color Pathological Image system. RESULTS: The densities of cholinergic innervation in the infarction area and the nearby area of myocardial infarction model group was obviously lower than that of normal contrast group (P<0.01). The densities of cholinergic innervation of NGF group and Pue group were higher than that of myocardial infarction model group (P<0.05). The density of cholinergic innervation of Pue group was nearly as much as that of NGF group (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Puerarin can relieve the denervation after rat's myocardial infarction providing the protective effect for the innervation just like NGF.
