精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

目的观察临床上使用精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液(优泌乐25R)治疗2型糖尿病的效果,为以后2型糖尿病的临床治疗和用药提供参考和选择。方法将收治的50例2型糖尿病确诊患者随机分为两组:对照组25例和治疗组25例,其中对照组使用精蛋白锌重组人胰岛素(优泌林70/30)进行治疗,治疗组通过注射优泌乐25R来治疗患者,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗后空腹血糖、2 h PG和HbAlc等各项检测指标均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而治疗组2h PG的下降程度显著高于对照组。总体来说,治疗组比对照组的治疗效果更好。结论采用精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混合注射液治疗2型糖尿病,可有效降低空腹血糖、2hPG和HbAlc,疗效显著安全,值得在临床上推广应用。

Study on effect of Humalog 25R in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Humalog 25R in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical safety,and to provide reference for rational treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups,trial group（n=25） and control group（n=25）.Patients in control group were treated with Humulin 70/30,and patients in trial group were administrated with Humalog 25R,and the efficacy of patients in these two groups was compared.Results The improvement in clinical symptoms in patients of trial group was better than that of patients in control group,and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no untoward effects happened in patients treated with Humalog 25R.Conclusion Humalog 25R has significant and safe effect in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
