| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在基层医院上消化道异物的处理方法及效果,提高基层医院处理上消化道异物的安全性及成功率。方法:回顾性分析24例上消化道异物患者的临床资料和治疗方法。结果:本组24例患者均在胃镜下成功治疗,无任何并发症。结论:良好的器械与熟练的内镜技术是能否成功取出异物的关键,结果表明应用胃镜处理上消化道异物,安全、简便、有效,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method for endoscopic management of upper gastrointest inal(UGI) foreign bodies in local hospital.Method We applied gastroscopy in 24 patients with UGI foreign bodies from 2008 to 2011.Data of the 24 patients was retrospectively studied.Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed in 24 cases without any complication.Conclusion It is essential to have good instruments and skillful endoscopic technique.The endoscopic removal of foreign body of the upper gastrointestinal tract is a safe and effective treatment method. |
