CT引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿及肾囊肿硬化剂治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肝囊肿、肾囊肿硬化剂治疗的临床应用价值。方法51例(肝脏囊肿20例,肾脏囊肿31例)经CT扫描确诊为单纯性囊肿的患者,囊肿大小自2.8cm×3.5cm×5.3cm~9.8cm×15.6cm×16.8cm不等。在CT导向下应用穿刺抽吸针抽出囊液,并注射硬化剂无水乙醇治疗,硬化剂注射量约为抽出囊液的25%。术后分别于3个月及半年后各复查一次CT扫描。结果51例肝脏囊肿及肾脏囊肿均一次穿刺成功,有效率为100%。半年后复查见49例完全消失或明显缩小,2例有缓慢复发迹象。51例中,46例于术后3个月复查一次,且中33例于术后半年复查第二次,另外5例于半年后复查1次,均未见复发。结论CT引导下经皮肝囊肿及/或肾囊肿硬化剂治疗有较高临床应用价值,且方便、安全有效。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of CT-guided percutaneous ethanol injection in the treatment of liver and renal cyst

Objective To study the application value of the treatment of the liver and renal cysts under CT guidance. Methods Fifty-one cases of the liver and renal (20 cases in liver, 31 cases in renal) cysts were diagnosed by CT. The size were 2.8 cm×3.5 cm×5.3 cm-9.8 cm×15.6 cm×16.8 cm. The hydatid fluid was drew out and the anhydrous ethanol was injected into the cysts for sclerosis under the CT guidance. Results All the 51 cases were punctured successfully and followed up 3 months to 1 year. The cysts were disappeared or deflated in 49 cases and 2 cases recurred gradually. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous ethanol injection in the treatment of liver and renal cyst has better clinical application value with convenience safety and effect.
