| 摘 要： | 目的探讨绿茶提取物EGCG对人舌癌细胞株Tca8113体外凋亡的影响。方法体外培养人舌癌Tca8113细胞,采用不同浓度的EGCG对其进行干预,用AO/EB荧光染色法和DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测其对舌癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果在EGCG的作用下,舌癌Tca8113细胞的凋亡具有浓度依赖性。结论 EGCG可能通过增加细胞凋亡达到抗癌作用。
