| 摘 要： | 难治性或复发性消化性溃疡的治疗对临床医师而言是一种挑战．使其得到最佳处理的帚要条件是明确引起难治性或复发性消化性溃疡的潜在因素。幽门螺杆菌感染的识别和根除以及抑酸治疗能使溃疡愈合．并预防溃疡的复发。本文对消化性溃疡病难治或复发的原因和处理策略进行详细讨论。

| Abstract: | Refractory or recurrent peptic ulcer disease is a challenge to clinicians.Optimal management requires the understanding of potential underlying causes of refractory or recurrent cases.Identification and eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection and acid reduction by acid suppressive therapy can heal ulceration as well as prevent recurrences.The causes of refractory or recurrent peptic ulcer and the management strategy were discussed in this article. |
