骨性指标测量在截石位手术中的应用

目的 探讨通过骨性指标测量指导手术中放置截石位的可行性.方法 将2009年9月至2010年3月进行截石位手术的患者83例随机分为对照组和试验组:对照组采用常规方法摆放截石位;试验组在测量患者的股骨长度,角尺测量两大腿间、小腿与大腿间、搁脚板与搁脚架之间角度的基础上,根据测量结果指导截石位肢体位置的摆放.比较两组患者体位摆放后即时患者及手术医生的满意度,以及术后3 d患者的舒适度.结果 术后即时,试验组患者和医生的满意度均高于对照组,但差异尚无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者术后3 d出现脚麻、活动受限和皮肤受压的比例均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过骨性指标的测量,为截石位的摆放提供了科学依据,有利于减少术后并发症,提高患者和手术医生的满意度.
