ＴＰＸ２蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的　通过检测ＴＰＸ２蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达，分析其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法　采用免疫组化ＳＰ法对８０例子宫内膜样腺癌组织和２０例正常子宫内膜组织进行ＴＰＸ２蛋白的检测，采用χ２检验进行统计学处理。结果　（１）ＴＰＸ２蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达率为７２.５％，高于正常子宫内膜的５.０％（Ｐ＜０.０５）。（２）淋巴结转移者ＴＰＸ２蛋白表达率为８６３６％，高于无淋巴结转移者的５５.５６％（Ｐ＜０.０５）；浸润深度≥１／２肌层者的ＴＰＸ２蛋白表达率为８２.９８％，高于＜１／２肌层组的５７.５８％（Ｐ＜０.０５）。结论　ＴＰＸ２蛋白高表达能促进子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展。

Expression of TPX2 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of TPX2 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and analyze the correlation between its expression and clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods Expression of TPX2 in 80 endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues and 20 normal endometrial tissues was examined by immunohistochemistry SP method.The results were analyzed by χ2 test.Results（1） The positive rate of TPX2 was higher in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues（72.5%） than that in normal endometrial tissues（5.0%）,showing statistic significance（P0.05）.（2） The expression of TPX2 in patients with lymph node metastasis（86.36%）was higher than these without lymph node metastasis as well as its expression in patients with muscle invasive depth≥1/2 muscular layer was higher than those 1/2 muscular layer（57.58%）with statistic significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The increasing expression of TPX2 could accelerate the generation and development of the endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
