| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期康复护理对老年脑梗死患者的效果.方法 将96例老年脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施早期康复护理,6周后进行效果评定.结果 观察组6周后的运动功能、神经功能、日常生活能力和抑郁程度评分均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 早期康复护理能显著降低老年脑梗死患者抑郁程度,改善运动功能、神经功能和日常生活能力,值得临床推广.
