电话随访对非风湿性心房纤颤老年患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响

目的了解电话随访对出院后的非风湿性心房纤颤老年患者抗凝治疗依从性的影响。方法选择出院的老年患者100例，随机分为随访组与对照组，各50例。随访组定期进行电话随访，内容包括心房纤颤抗凝的目的和意义、抗凝治疗相关并发症的知识、抗凝治疗后并发症预防、影响抗凝治疗的因素、定期检测国际标准化比率的重要性等。随访前和随访6个月后对两组患者进行问卷调查。结果电话随访组患者治疗依从性高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论电话随访有助于提高心房纤颤老年患者的抗凝治疗依从性。

The effect of telephone follow-up on the compliance of anticoagulative treatment among elderly patients with non-rheumatic atrial fibrillation

Objective To explore the effect of telephone follow - up on the compliance of anticoagulative treatment among elderly patients with non - rheumatic atrial fibrillation. Methods One hundred elderly patients with non - rheumatic atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into the research group and control group. Telephone follow - up was implemented only among the research group. A questionnaire was used to survey in both two groups before and after 6 months follow - up. Result The treatment compliance of research group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The telephone follow - up education can improve the compliance of anticoagulative treatment among elderly patients with non - rhermatic atrial fibrillation.
