| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定裸花紫珠胶囊中熊果酸的含量。方法采用SunFire C18柱（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸（85∶15）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为215 nm。结果熊果酸在进样量为0.473-4.728μg呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为98.33%,RSD=0.60%（n=6）。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用作该药品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in Luohuazizhu capsules.Methods A SunFire C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid（85∶15）,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results The linearity of ursolic acid was good within 0.473～4.728 μg.The average recovery rate was 98.33%,RSD=0.60%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and reproducible.The method can be used for the standard quality control of Luohuazizhu capsules. |
