老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗体会

目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨顺粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对2011年3月—2012年3月来该院就诊的68例老年股骨顺粗隆间骨折患者采用股骨近端锁定钢板进行治疗,回顾性分析其临床疗效。结果随访5～13个月,平均（7.16±2.83）个月;骨折愈合时间3～8个月,平均（5.13±1.19）个月。经Harris评定髋关节功能评分,优24例（35.29%）,良38例（55.88%）,可4例（5.88%）,差2例（2.94%）,优良率为91.18%。结论采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨顺粗隆间骨折具有较好的临床疗效,且创伤小,出血小,手术时间短,故值得临床推广使用。

Senile intertrochanter fracture of femur in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture treatment

Objective To investigate the proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with clinical efficacy.Methods From March March to2010 2011in our hospital,68 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients with using proximal femoral locking plate for treatment,a retrospective analysis of clinical curative effect.Results The patients were followed up for 5～13months,an average of(7.16±2.83) months;fracture healing time ranged from 3 to8 months,mean(5.13±1.19) months.The evaluation of Harris hip function scores,and in 24 cases(35.29%),good in 38 cases(55.88%),4 cases(5.88%),2 cases(2.94%),the excellent and good rate was 91.18%.Conclusion The use of proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly with good clinical curative effect,and small wound,little bleeding,short operation time,so it is worthy of clinical use.
