| Abstract: | Apoptosis is a highly regulated form of programmed cell death,which plays a key role in the development and homeostasis of multicelluar organisms.Mitochondria plays an important role in the regulation of apoptosis cell death.Mechanism of cell apoptosis mediated by Cyt-c,oxygen and Bcl-2 and AIF are reviewed in this paper. |
