中医综合治疗小儿腹泻84例临床体会

目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2008～2011年间我院儿科收治的84例腹泻患儿作为观察组,采取自拟中药口服加外敷综合治疗,同时随机选取84例腹泻患儿作为对照组,采用口服思密达治疗,对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的76.2%,仅4例(4.8%)患儿因体质较弱,治疗无效,组间治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中药内服结合外敷综合治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效好,且安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical experiences on treating 84 cases of diarrhea in children in TCM

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of TCM in treating diarrhea in children.Methods: From 2008 to 2011,84 cases of diarrhea in children were treated as the observation group.Oral plus topical comprehensive treatment of self-made TCM medicine were given,meanwhile,84 cases of diarrhea in children were randomly selected as the control group,oral smecta treatment were given,comparing effects of the two groups.Results: The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2%,was significantly higher than 76.2% in the control group,only four cases(4.8%) children with weak constitutions was ineffective,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Oral plus topical comprehensive treatment of TCM medicine was efficacy,safety and reliability in treating diarrhea in children,worthy of clinical use.
