| 摘 要： | 目的：评价改良周氏剖宫产术的方法及临床效果。方法：随机选择有剖宫产指征的孕妇500例，分改良组250例，对照组250例，进行临床效果观察。结果：改良组，手术时间、住院时间和术后排气时间均比对照组长，但术后并发症明显减少。2例有腹痛，无1例出现腹部切口脂肪液化和切口感染，术后42d门诊复查，腹部切口疤痕纤细、平整，外型美观，无硬结。结论：改良周氏剖宫产术优点多，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate operation techniques and clinical therapeutic efficacy of Zhou's cesarean section.Methods:500 pregnant women were randomly selected and divided into modified group(250 cases) and control group(250 cases),and the clinical therapeutic efficacy was observed.Results:The former group needed more time for operation,hospitalization,and postoperative exsufflation than the latter group,whereas there was significantly decreased complications in the former.There was 2 with abdominal pain,no fat liquefaction infection of incisional wound developed.Postoperative check made 42 days following the operation found that the scar was small and flat,and looked nice.No induration was observed.Conclusion:The section has many advantages and deserves to be widely used. |
