| 摘 要： | 笔者分析和总结57例心脏手术后患者并发消化道出血的相关因素及护理,提出术后使用呼吸机>24h,使用大量正性肌力药物和主动脉内球囊反搏辅助,术后肝肾功能不全和年龄≥65岁的高龄患者,是易发生消化道出血的因素。切实做好患者的病情监护和及时准确地执行抢救治疗措施,做好手术和非手术治疗的护理,给予合理的饮食护理、心理护理及预防感染对提高心脏手术后患者并发消化道出血的治愈率起着非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The authors summarized and analyzed factors causing complicated gastrointestinal hemorrhage in 57 cases after heart surgery and their relevant nursing. They argued that postoperative using respirator >24 h, large amount of positive inotropic drug and IABP assistance, postoperative malfunction of kidney and liver and patients of senile old were factors causing gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Good monitoring and caring patients, performing rescue timely and accurately, giving mental care and preventing infection play very important roles in improving cure rate of complicated gastrointestinal hemorrhage after heart surgery. |
