全膝关节置换术治疗髌骨脱位合并严重骨关节炎近期疗效观察

目的探讨全膝关节置换术治疗髌骨脱位合并严重骨关节炎的近期临床疗效。方法 2例（3膝）髌骨脱位合并严重骨关节炎患者,均行全膝关节置换术,术后随访9个月,观察手术效果。结果 2例患者术后膝关节稳定,伸屈范围0～120°,髌骨轨迹良好,无脱位或半脱位迹象;X线平片均表现为低位髌骨,假体无松动;膝关节活动时基本无疼痛。结论全膝关节置换术治疗髌骨脱位合并严重骨关节炎安全、有效。

Short-term effect of total knee replacement on dislocation of the patella complicated with severe osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the short-term effect of total knee arthroplasty on dislocation of patella complicated with severe osteoarthritis.Methods Two patients（3 knees） with dislocation of patella and severe osteoarthritis were treated with total knee arthroplasty.HSS was used to evaluate joint function before and after operation,and all patients were followed up for 9 months.Results The knee was stable after operation flexing from 0 to 120°.Patella trail was corrected,and no dislocation or semi-dislocation happened.X-ray showed patellar baja or no loosening of prosthesis.The pain was obviously relieved after operation.Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty is safe and effective for dislocation of patella and severe osteoarthritis.
