经阴道实时三维超声VCI-C成像对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值

摘    要:目的 评价经阴道实时三维超声VCI-C成像对子宫畸形的诊断价值.方法 对26例可疑先天性子宫畸形的患者分别行经阴道二维及实时三维超声扫查,并与宫腔镜和/或腹腔镜、子宫输卵管碘油造影、手术等结果进行对照.结果 26例患者中,双子宫4例,双角子宫6例,完全纵隔子宫3例,不全纵隔子宫10例,单角子宫3例.结论 经阴道实时三维超声VCI-C成像可直观、准确地显示子宫冠状面及宫腔内膜形态,是一种较便捷诊断子宫畸形的方法.

Diagnosis of Congenital Uterine Anomaly Using Transvaginal Real-time Three-dimensional Ultrasound
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal real-time three dimensional sonography for congenital uterine anormaly.Methods 26 patients suspected of uterine malformation were scanned by two-dimensional ultrasound (2D US) or three-dimensional ultrasound (3D US) and then the ultrasonic results were compared with hysterography and/or laparoscopy,X-ray laboratory,operation.Results Among 26 cases,4 cases were diagnosed as didephic uterus,6 cases were as bicornuate uterus,3 cases were as complete septate uterus,10 cases were as subseptate uterus and 3 cases were as single horn uterus.Conclusions Transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound (3D US) of VCI-C of uterine may provide accurate diagnostic information for congenital uterine anomaly and be regarded as a simple,convenient and accurate way to diagnose congenital uterine anormaly.
