偏头痛与脑电图、脑电地形图

摘    要:本文通过对70例偏头痛患者进行脑电图(EEG)及脑电地形图(BEAM)检查结果显示:偏头痛患者BEAM总阳性率为66%,EEG总阳性率为30%,经统计学处理P<0.05,说明在偏头痛诊断价值方面,BEAM明显优于EEG,并发现在异常脑电波形中,典型偏头痛与普通型偏头痛也有明显波形差异。

Abstract:The paper reported the examing results of electroencephalogram (EEG) and brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM) in 70 cases with migraine. The results showed that the positive rate of BEAM was 66%, positive rate of EEG was 30%. Statistical analysis reveals the positive rate of BEAMwas remarkable higher than EEG in diagnosis of migraine (P<0. 05). We found simultaneasly that there are difference in abnormal brain electrical weves between typical migraine and ordinary migraine.
