52例抑郁症诊治体会

目的探讨综合医院抑郁症的临床诊断和治疗。方法选择符合CCMD-2-R诊断标准的抑郁症52例，分析病因，并随机分为氟西汀组及对照组，治疗观察6周，用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效。结果氟西汀组和对照组疗效存在显著差异。结论综合医院抑郁症识别率提高，氟西汀治疗抑郁症效果好。

The Experience Of The Clinical Diagnosis And Treatments of 52 Cass of Depressive Disorder

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatments of Depressive disorder in general hospital . Method To analyse the cause of disease by 52 cases of CCMD-2-R for Depressive disorder were randomly stored as Fluoxetine group and controls group and treated for 6 weeks. The efficacy were evaluated with HAMD. Results There were significant difference between the Fluoxetine group and controls group. Conclusion The recognition rate will be improved greatly on Depressive disorder in general hospital Fluoxetine is effective in the treatment of Depressive disorde.
