| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测PI3Kp85在鼻咽癌组织及鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中的表达情况,探讨它们在鼻咽癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测PI3Kp85在57例鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽部黏膜慢性炎症组织中的表达情况,应用Image-ProPlus图像分析软件测定免疫组化图像的平均光密度（mean optical density,MOD）,运用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析,观察其与鼻咽癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果PI3Kp85在鼻咽癌组织的阳性表达率为78.95%,而在鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中的阳性表达率为45.00%,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。PI3Kp85表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、原发病灶大小及患者年龄、性别均无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论PI3Kp85蛋白表达可能与鼻咽癌的发生有关。
