子宫内膜癌组织中肾上腺髓质素表达及其与微血管密度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:2004年1~12月在吉林大学第二医院妇产科采用免疫组织化学染色对14例正常子宫内膜,15例高分化腺癌,15例中低分化腺癌,7例腺癌伴鳞状上皮分化,9例透明细胞癌中的ADM的表达及MVD进行检测。结果:①子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织中ADM表达与MVD均呈正相关(P<0.05);②正常子宫内膜与子宫内膜癌组织中ADM表达无显著性差异(P<0.05);③在子宫内膜癌各病理类型及手术-病理分期组中ADM阳性表达率无显著性差异(P<0.05);④子宫内膜癌组织学分级与淋巴结有无转移的ADM阳性表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:ADM是调节正常子宫内膜与子宫内膜癌组织血管生成的重要因子,可能作为估计内膜组织恶性潜能及判断内膜癌预后的辅助指标,并为子宫内膜癌的抗血管生成及抗癌治疗提供新的分子靶点。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of adrenomedullin(ADM) in endometrial cancer and the relationship between ADM and microvessel of density(MVD).Methods:The expression of ADM and microvessel density(MVD) was detected by immunohistochemistry in 14 cases of normal endometria,15 cases of well-differentiated adencarcinoma,15 cases of meta-poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,7 cases of pavement-epithelium differentiation,9 cases of clear-cell carcinoma.Results:(1)There was a positive correlation between the expression of adrenomedullin(ADM) and microvessel density(MVD) in normal endometrial and endometrial cancer(P<0.05);(2)The expression of adrenomedullin(ADM) had no significant difference in normal endometrial and endometrial cancer(P<0.05);(3)The expression of ADM had no significant difference in each pathology type and operation-pathology staging of endometrial cancer(P<0.05);(4)The expression of ADM was remarkably different in histology class and whether or not metastases of lymphonode in endometrial cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:ADM is a considerable factor by adjusting normal endometrial and endometrial cancer,may be adjunctive index in computing malignant potency of endometrial tissue and judging prognsis of endometrial cancer.ADM offers a new molecular target for anti-angiogenesis and anticancer therapy of endometrial cancer.
