| 摘 要： | 目的观察优泌林70／30联合盐酸吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病降糖效果。方法40例2型糖尿病患者应用优泌林70／30联合口服吡格列酮12周，分别于治疗前后测TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG、HbA1c、FINS、UAE。结论优泌林70／30联合盐酸吡格列酮可迅速控制初诊2型糖尿病患者的血糖，降低胰岛素用量，使血糖长期稳定在较好水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the therapeutic effects of glargine combined with pioglitazone type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 30 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with glargine combined with pioglitazone for 12 weeks. TG, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C, FPG, HbAlc, FINS, UAE were measured before and after treatment. Conclusion Glargine in combination with pioglitazone can control blood glucose, recover cell function, decrease UAE, and keep plasma glucose at a satisfactory level for a long time. |
