IL-4受体基因多态性与中国重庆汉族哮喘相关性研究

目的检测中国重庆汉族人群IL-4受体基因突变在支气管哮喘和正常人群中的频率，探讨该基因的多态性和哮喘的相关性。方法利用聚合酶链技术和限制性片段长度的多态性（PCR—RFLP）对50例支气管哮喘患儿IL-4受体弟576位和第786位基因频率和等住基因频率进行检测并与50例正常人进行对照。结果IL-4受体第576位和第786位基因型和等位基因型频率在哮喘组和对照组差异无统计学意义，并且该基因的基因型频率和等位基因型频率与哮喘病情的严重程度也无相关性。结论在中国南方汉族人群中IL-4受体基因第576位和第786位的突变可能与哮喘无相关性。

Study on association between IL-4R gene mutation and asthmatic patients of Han nationality of Chongqing in China

Objective To investigate the association between polymorphism of IL-4R gene and asthma by analyzing genotypes and alleles frequency of IL-4R gene in loci of Q576R and S786P from asthmatic people of Han nationality of China in Chongqing.Methods To determine the genotypes of IL-4R gene in loci of Q576R and S786P with polymerase chain reaction technique and restricted enzyme analysis.Then to compare genotypes and alleles frequency of the gene of the asthmatic group with that of healthy control group.Results There was not a significant difference in genotypes and alleles frequency of the gene in asthmatic and control group.There was not an association between genotypes and alleles frequency of the gene and degree of asthma.Conclusion IL-4R gene in loci of Q576R and S786P may be not a susceptibility gene of asthmatic patients of Han nationality of China in Chongqing.
