三种抗高血压药物治疗方案经济学及依从性评估

目的：评价3种治疗高血压病方案的经济性和依从性。方法：210例原发性高血压患者随机分成3组，分别给与3种不同治疗方案，治疗过程中用问卷调查及随访表形式，量化患者依从性情况；治疗6个月，观察临床疗效，运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果：3种方案有效率分别为90．0％、88．6％、82．9％；成本分别为752．64、903．26、287．84元。通过调查与随访，A组患者依从性最佳。结论：高血压病的医院治疗应科学选用治疗药物。为患者制定经济、合理、安全、有效的治疗方案。综合考虑，A组为最佳治疗方案。

Assessment of the Compliance and Pharmacoeconomics of Three Therapeutic Regiments for Hypertension

Objective： To compare the pharmacoeconomics effects and drug compliance. Method： 210 cases of patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into 3 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. 3 different treatment programs were respectively worked out for them. During the treatment, questionnaire surveys and follows-up were carried out, and the compliance situations of the patients were quantified. The course of treatment was six months, and at the same time, their clinical efficacies were observed and the cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics was employed to evaluate the programs. Result： The efficiencies of the 3 programs were 90.0%, 88.6% and 82.9%, respectively and their costs were RMB 752.64, 903.26 and 287.84. The patients in Group A had the best compliance through investigations and followsup. Conclusion：The hospital should scientifically select therapeutic drugs in the treatment of hypertension so that we can develop economic, reasonable, safe and effective treatment programs for patients. Through the cost-effectiveness analysis, patients＇drug compliance measuring and so on, the Group A program was the best treatment program.
