复方樟柳碱联合苦碟子注射液治疗视网膜出血

目的：探讨复方樟柳碱联合苦碟子注射液治疗视网膜出血的疗效。方法：将我院2004～2008年收治的93例眼底出血患者随机分为两组：治疗组48例给予静脉滴注苦碟子注射液联合复方樟柳碱注射液颞浅动脉旁皮下局部注射；对照组45例只给予静脉滴注苦碟子注射液。结果：治疗组总有效率（87．5％）优于对照组（60％），P〈0．05。结论：复方樟柳碱联合苦碟子注射液用于治疗出血性眼底病变是临床上可行的治疗方法，值得推广。

Clinical Study of the Treatment of Retinal Hemorrhage with Traditional Chirese Drugs Injection

Objective ：To explore the effect of compound anisodine and kudiezi injection on the treatment of retinal hemorrhage. Method： 93 cases of fudus hemorrhage patients were randomized. 48 cases were treated with compound anisodine and kudiezi injection in the treatment group while 45 cases were treated only with kudiezi injection in the controlled group. Result：As for the visual recovery,the total effect rate of the treatment group was 87. 5% ,and that of the controlled group was 60% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences. Conclusion： The injection of compound anisodine and kudiez was not only a simple and easy method but also a safe one without any side-effect. Being one of the best methods in treating retinal hemorrhage, it is worth getting it more widely used.
