301例灯盏花素注射剂ADR／ADE报告分析

目的：分析灯盏花素注射剂的药品不良反应和药品不良事件（ADR／ADE）报告，为药品不良反应监测及合理用药提供参考。方法：下载安徽省上报的灯盏花素注射剂ADR报告301份，使用Excel进行统计分析。结果：301份报告中，ADR占37．87％；ADE占62．13％。累及的器官系统主要为皮肤及其附件。结论：灯盏花素注射剂ADR／ADE的原因复杂，提请临床医生、药师应坚持合理用药。

Analysis of 301 ADR/ADE Reports of Breviscapine Injection

Objective： To analyze 301 reports of ＂breviscapine＂ adverse drug reactions and adverse drug events and provide information for the ADR monitoring and rational drug use. Method：The reports were loaded from the www. adr. gov. cn and statistically analyzed by using the Excel. Result：Of the 301 cases, their adverse drug reactions （ADR） accounted for 37.87% and adverse drug event （ADE） ,62. 13%. The main types of ADE and ADR were lesions of skin and accessories. Conclusion： The adverse drug （ADR） reactions and events （ADE） resulting from breviscapine injections were complex and clinicians and pharmacists should be advised to keep the principle of the rational drug use.
