| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院急诊合理用药状况，促进合理用药水平的提高。方法：采用我院急诊处方和当日急诊就医患者，采取随机抽样方法，对合理用药国际指标进行现场调查，并进行统计、分析。结果：处方指标：平均用药品种数3．1种；抗菌药应用率为49．1％；注射剂使用率为40．8％。患者关怀指标：平均就诊时间为7．24min；平均配药时间为17．24s；实际调配药物率为97．0％；药物标示完整率为100％；患者正确用药知晓率为81％。结论：采用国际指标评价用药合理性具有可操作性和有效性。我院急诊合理用药水平有待继续提高，医师、药师对患者的交流关怀应进一步加强。
