| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨万古霉素与去甲万古霉素所致不良反应的一般规律和特点，促进临床合理用药。方法：在CHKD期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库，检索1994～2009年有关万古霉素及去甲万古霉素不良反应的文献，并进行统计分析。结果：共收集万古霉素不良反应病例98例，去甲万古霉素不良反应病例106例，涉及的反应及系统有过敏反应、血液系统、泌尿系统、消化系统、肝胆系统、药物热等。结论：万古霉素与去甲万古霉素引起的不良反应相似，但应注意某些特殊不良反应。医生应当注意合理用药，减少不良反应和不良事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective： To systematically analyze the adverse drug reactions （ADRS） caused by vancomycin and norvancomycin to provide references for their safety and rational medication. Methods：Based on the literatures collected in Chinese Journal Full-text Database（CNKI） between 1994 and 2009, ADRS caused by vancomycin and norvancomycin were collected and statistically analyzed. Results ：98 cases of ADRS caused by vancomycin and 106 cases of ADRS caused by norvancomycin were collected. Conclusion ： Adverse drug reactions monitoring of vancomycin and norvancomycin should be strengthened to ensure their safety and rational medication. |
