2006～2008年我院抗高血压药使用分析

目的：了解我院抗高血压药的使用状况及用药趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用金额排序和用药频度（DDDs）分析法，对我院2006～2008年抗高血压药的出库数据进行统计分析。结果：我院2006—2008年抗高血压药的销售金额逐年递增，血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药、钙拮抗药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制药等销售金额连续3年排在前3住。结论：我院抗高血压药应用结构基本合理，使用状况与我国抗高血压药总体用药状况基本相符。

Analysis of the Usage of Anti-hypertensive Drugs in our Hospital in 2006-2008

Objective： To analyze the usage of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital, and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Method： With the consumption sort and DDDs analysis, the consumption of anti-hypertensive drugs used in 2006-2008 was analyzed. Result： The consumption of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital increased every year, and the consumption of the angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers （ ARB）, calcium channel blockers （ CCB）, angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitor （ACEI） in three years were the top three of the total drug consumptions. Condnsion： The use of anti-hypertensive drugs was basically rational in our hospital and matched the domestic usage of anti-hypertensive drugs.
