奥氮平联合氟西汀治疗无精神病症状抑郁症

目的：探讨氟西汀联合小剂量奥氮平治疗无精神病症状抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法：47例无精神病症状的抑郁症患者随机分为对照组（氟西汀）22例和治疗组（氟西汀联合奥氮平）25例，于治疗前、治疗第2周和第4周测评汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和不良反应量表（TESS）。疗效评价以HAMD减分率为标准，不良反应以TESS评分为标准。结果：HAMD、HAMA评分组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01），2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），各时期TESS评分组问比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：抗抑郁剂联合小剂量奥氮平治疗无精神病性症状抑郁症疗效好，安全性高。

Olanzapine Combined with Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Depression Without Psychotic Symptoms

Objective： To compare the efficacy and adverse drug reaction （ADR） of olanzapine combined with fluoxefine in patients with depression without psychotic symptoms. Method：47 patients with depression without psychotic symptoms were randomly divided into study group （ olanzapine ＋ fluoxetine,n = 22 ） and controlled group （ fluoxetine, n = 75 ） and observed for 4 weeks. All the patients were assessed with HAMD, HAMA and TESS. The therapeutic effect was assessed using subtraction rates of HAMD, and the drug-related ADRs were evaluated by TESS. Result：The significant differenee in HAMD and HAMA from the 2nd week between the two groups was found and the significant difference in therapeutic effect was also found, but no significant difference in TESS was found. Conclusion： Olanzapine combined with fluoxetine had better efficacy and safety in the treatment of depression without psychotic symptoms.
