我院398例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生特点，促进临床合理用药。方法：对我院2007年1月-2009年7月收集到的398例ADR报告，按来源、性别、年龄、给药途径、涉及药品、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果：398例报告中，涉及抗感染药242例，占55．4％；中药注射剂66例，占15．1％；静脉给药引起的不良反应387例，占97．2％。常见的不良反应有皮疹、红斑疹、瘙痒、头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐、烦躁、乏力、心悸和身体不适等。结论：应合理使用抗感染药，加强中药注射剂的质量监测，避免和减少ADR的发生，以达到用药合理。

Analysis of 398 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports in our Hospital

Objective：To probe into the characteristics of the occurrence of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods：398 ADR cases collected from Jan. 2007 to July 2009 in our hospital were analyzed in respect of the patient＇s sex and source, age, route of administration, variety of drugs, organs or systems involved in ADR, clinical manifestations, etc. Results： In 398 ADR cases ,242 cases of anti-infective drugs accounted for 55.4% ,66 cases of traditional Chinese medicine injections accounted for 15.1%, and 387 cases of adverse reactions caused by intravenous administration accounted for 97.2%, Common adverse reactions were skin rash, red rash,itching, headache, dizziness, nausea,vomiting,irritability,fatigue,heart palpitations and physical discomfort. Conclusion： Anti-infective drugs should be rationally used to strengthen the monitoring of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine injections, avoid and reduce the incidence of ADR and achieve a reasonable, safe and effective medication.
