基础治疗对侵袭性牙周炎患者龈沟液骨钙素水平的影响

目的观察牙周基础治疗对侵袭性牙周炎患者的牙周临床指标及龈沟液骨钙素水平的影响。方法检测20例侵袭性牙周炎患者60颗牙齿牙周治疗前和治疗后4周的牙周临床指标,采用电化学发光法检测治疗前后龈沟液中的骨钙素水平。并与20例牙周健康对照组的60颗牙齿对照。结果实验组龈沟液骨钙素水平明显高于对照组;牙周治疗后实验组骨钙素较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗能明显改善侵袭性牙周炎的临床指数,降低龈沟液骨钙素含量。

Influence of periodental non-surgical treatment on osteocalcin in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with aggressive periodontitis

Objective To investigate the influence of periodontal non-surgical treatment on periodontal clinical parameters and os- teocalcin（OC） in gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） of patients with aggressive periodontitis. Motheds To detect periodontal clinical pa- rameters of 60 teeth from 20 cases of aggressive periodontitis before treatment and 4 weeks after periodontal non-surgical treatment. As- says of OC in GCF were performed by ECL before and after treatment. The results were compared with 60 teeth from 20 periodontally hedthy cases. Results Level of OC in GCF was distinctly higher in experimental group than that in the control group ; level of OC ob- viously reduced after teatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Periodontal non-surgical treatment can distinctly improve the clinical param- eters and decrease the amount of OC in GCF of patients with aggressive periodontitis.
