| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期综合康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者整体功能的影响。方法将80例急性脑卒中患者分为康复组和常规治疗组，分别采用神经功能缺损评定标准（MESSS）评定脑损伤恢复情况，Barthel指数（BI）评定日常生活活动能力（ADL），Fugl～Meyer评定法（FMA）评定运动功能恢复情况。结果治疗3个月后康复组患者MESSS、FMA和ADL评分均高于常规治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论早期综合康复治疗可有效改善急性脑卒中患者的运动功能，提高ADL。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect in patients with acute stroke by early comprehensive treatment.Methods Eighty patients were divided into two groups.The observation group which included 40 patients was intervened by normal and early comprehensive treatment.The control group which included 40 patients was intervened by normal treatment.We analyzed the neurological deficit scores by MESSS,activities of daily living(ADL) by BI and recovery of motor function by FMA.Results The scores of MESSS,FMA and ADL were obviously higher in the observation group after 3-month intervention.Conclusion The early comprehensive treatment can improve the motor function and increase activities of daily living. |
