改良测试片法快速检测医护人员手、物体表面沙门菌

目的:快速检测医院相关科室医护人员手、物体表面沙门菌。方法:将标本用改良磺绿增菌液增菌后,采用沙门菌测试片进行检测,并与传统检测法进行比较。结果:改良测试片法检测沙门菌灵敏度高,特异性强,检测结果与传统检测法无显著性差异。结论:改良测试片法准确、方便快捷、成本低,可代替传统检测法用于医护人员手、物体表面沙门菌的检测。

Improvement of testing method for rapid detection of hands of medical staff,surface of Salmonella

Objective:Rapid detection of hands of medical staff,surface of Salmonella.Methods:Specimens using improved methyl green enrichment fluid,using Salmonella test pieces were detected,and compared with traditional detection method.Results:The improved test method for detection of Salmonella with high sensitivity,strong specificity,the testing results and the traditional detection method without significant difference.Conclusion:The modified test piece method is accurate,convenient,low cost,can replace the traditional detection method for the hands of medical staff,surface detection of Salmonella.
