宁波市区中小学生贫血状况调查

目的:了解宁波市区中小学生贫血情况。方法:采用整群抽样方法,选取3个学校中所有7岁、9岁、11岁、14岁、17岁中小学生为研究对象,使用氰化高铁法测定其血红蛋白水平。按照WHO贫血筛查标准进行贫血判定。结果:中小学生贫血率为15.89%。14岁年龄组女生贫血率高于男生,17岁年龄组男生贫血率高于女生。贫血程度主要为边缘性贫血,未发现中重度贫血。结论:中小学生贫血率仍较高,主要以边缘性贫血为主。

Investigation on the anemia status of primary and middle school students in Ningbo

Objective:To understand the Hb content in primary and middle school students of Ningbo.Methods: The students aged 7,9,11,14,17 were randomly selected by cluster sampling and the prevalence of hemoglobin was determined by ferrocyanide method.The anemia screening was perfomed according to the WHO diagnostic criteria for anemia.Results: The prevalence rate of anemia among primary and middle school students was 15.89%.The prevalence rate of anemia in male studends aged 14 was higher than female,but it was conversed in students aged 17.The majority of anemia were marginal anemia,middle and serious degree anemia were undiscovered.Conclusion: The prevalence rate of anemia among primary and middle school students was higher,most of anemia were marginal anemia.
