纳洛酮与银杏达莫注射液联合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效分析

目的 探讨采用纳洛酮与银杏达莫注射液联合治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效.方法 对经过头颅CT扫描证实为急性脑梗死的200例患者,随机分为纳洛酮与银杏达莫联合治疗组和复方丹参注射液对照组各100例.两组疗程结束后评定临床疗效.结果 纳洛酮与银杏达莫注射液联合治疗组较复方丹参注射液对照组临床总有效率提高15％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 采用纳洛酮与银杏这莫注射液联合治疗急性脑梗死,临床疗效明显提高.

Clinical effective analysis on naloxone combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection for treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of naloxone combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection for treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 200 cases of acute cerebral infarction confirmed by cranial CT were randomly divided into the two group,100 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by the combination of naloxone and Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,while the control group was treated by Compound Salvia Miltiorrhizae Injection.After treatment,the clinical effects were evaluated in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was increased by 15% with statistical difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Naloxone combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection incrases the clinical effects in treating acute cerebral infarction.
