摘 要: | 目的:观察灯盏花素对小鼠lewis肺癌放射治疗致机体损害的保护作用。方法:将lewis肺癌细胞接种于C57BL/6小鼠皮下和肺,成瘤后采用灯盏花素联合放疗治疗小鼠,观察肿瘤大小、外周血象、骨髓细胞数、脾细胞中细胞毒T淋巴细胞(CTL)活性、及小鼠存活时间。结果:与未治疗组比较,治疗组均有不同比例的肿瘤生长减慢,但仅单独放疗组骨髓细胞和外周血细胞数减少、脾细胞中CTL活性降低。实验结束时,灯盏花素联合放疗治疗小鼠存活时间最长,单独放疗组虽比未治疗组小鼠存活时间稍长,但无统计学差异。结论:单独放疗对荷瘤小鼠生命延长无实际意义,灯盏花素能保护放疗对机体的损害,与放疗有协同治疗肿瘤作用。

Abstract: | Objective: To observe protective effect of breviscapine against radiotherapy induced host damages in mice bearing lewis lung cancer.Methods: LLC cells were injected subcutaneously or intravenously into C57BL/6 mice,the mice were treated with combination of breviscapine with radiotherapy after tumorigenesis,the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by the tumor size,the peripheral blood cells,the bone marrow cells,the activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTL) and mouse life span.Results: The tumor sizes of the treated mice were significantly smaller than those of the untreated mice,which was only found in treated mice.With radiotherapy alone the peripheral blood cells and bone marrow cells reduced and the activity of the CTL decreased.At the end of experiment,the combination treated mice with breviscapine and radiotherapy had the longest life span.The life span slightly prolonged in mice treated with radiotherapy alone,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: The radiotherapy alone was not significant to the life span in mice bearing tumor,breviscapine could protect host against radiotherapy induced damages and had synergistical anti-tumor effect with radiotherapy. |
