正念减压疗法对肺癌化疗患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

目的：探讨正念减压疗法对于肺癌化疗患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法：将168例肺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组给予肺癌化疗常规治疗及护理，观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上进行正念减压疗法干预，于干预前及干预结束时分别对两组患者进行焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量评分。结果：干预前，两组患者在焦虑、抑郁评分及睡眠质量得分上均无统计学差异（P>0.05），经正念减压疗法干预后，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分及睡眠质量得分较对照组明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：正念减压疗法能够有效的改善肺癌患者心理状态及睡眠质量。

Influence of mindfulness decompression therapy on mental state and sleep quality of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

Objective: To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression therapy on mental state and sleep quality of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: 168 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing of lung cancer chemotherapy. The observation group was given mindfulness decompression therapy intervention on the basis of routine treatment and nursing. Anxiety, depression and sleep quality scores were given to the two groups before and at the end of the intervention. Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in anxiety, depression and sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention of mindfulness decompression therapy, the scores of anxiety, depression and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion: Mindfulness decompression therapy can effectively improve the mental state and sleep quality of lung cancer patients.
