摘    要:目的:探讨系统化临床思维训练对ICU新护士岗位胜任能力的影响。方法:选取2015年8月-2017年7月在ICU轮转的新护士30名作为对照组, 2017年8月-2018年7月在ICU轮转的新护士30名作为观察组,对照组护士采用传统的理论授课+操作示教的方法进行培训,观察组采用系统化临床思维训练模式进行培训。比较两组护士在岗位胜任能力及床旁综合能力方面的差异。结果:观察组护士岗位胜任能力、床旁综合能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的理论授课+操作示教的方法相比,系统化临床思维训练能更好地提高ICU新护士的专业能力和临床工作胜任力。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of systematic clinical thinking training mode on the new nurses training in ICU.Methods: 30 new nurses worked in ICU from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the control group, and 30 new nurses worked in ICU from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the observation group. In the observation group, systematic clinical thinking training mode was adopted, while in the control group, traditional theoretical teaching and operational teaching method was adopted. The differences of position competence and comprehensive practical ability between the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of comprehensive practical ability of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Systematic clinical thinking training can better improve the professional ability and clinical competence of ICU new nurses
