结肠癌患者根治术前后血清TSGF、CEA．及AFP的变化与意义

目的探讨结肠癌患者根治术前后血清TSGF、CEA及AFP的变化及意义。方法对本院2009年1月一2010年12月行结肠癌根治术的43例结肠癌患者资料进行回顾性分析，研究手术前后3种血清肿瘤标志物（TSGF、CEA、AFP）含量变化。结果（1）术后1个月，3种血清肿瘤标志物含量均降低（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；（2）CEA和TSGF在低分化癌组织中降低水平最大，而AFP在中等分化的癌组织中降低水平最大；（3）TSGF和AFP在DukesA期的降低水平最大，而CEA在DukesC期的降低水平最大。结论血清TSGF、CEA及AFP可用于评价根治术的效果，但不同标志物的变化水平与肿瘤分化情况和临床分期有关。

The change and significance of serum TSGF, CEA and AFP level of patients with colon cancer before and after the operation

Objective To explore the change and significance of serum TSGF,CEA and AFP level of patients with colon cancer be- fore and after the operation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 43 patients with colon cancer having radical surgery from Janu- ary 2009 to December 2010. The decreased situation of serum TSGF, CEA and AFP level were investigated before and after the operation. Re- suits （ 1 ） The level of 3 serum tumor marker were lower 1st month postoperative （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） ; （2） CEA and TSGF showed the maximum decreased level in poorly differentiated carcinoma while the AFP in moderately differentiated cancer tissue; （ 3 ） TSGF and AFP showed the maximum decreased level in Dukes A while CEA in Dukes C. Conclusion Serum TSGF, CEA and AFP can be used to evaluate the effect of radical surgery, but changes in the level of different markers were relevant to tumor differentiation and clinical stage.
