| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨参麦注射液滴注治疗老年心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将本院2010年2月-2012年1月收治的96例老年心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用参麦注射液。结果：治疗组总有效率95.83%,明显优于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：参麦注射液治疗老年心力衰竭疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore effect of Shenmai injection in treatment of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods：From February 2011 to January 2012,96 elderly congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with conventional therapy,the treatment group was treated with routine therapy combined with Shenmai injection.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.83%, the total efficiency in control group was 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shenmai injection is effective in the treatment of heart failure curative,it is worthy of clinical application. |
