不典型性肺结核的CT诊断

目的：通过对不典型性肺结核的CT表现的研究,进一步提高对不典型性肺结核的认识。方法：采用CT常规轴位扫描的病例,回顾性分析48例不典型性肺结核患者的CT表现。结果：48例均为孤立性单发病灶。邻近及其他肺内未见异常,肺门及纵隔未见其他结节、肿块及肿大淋巴结。结论：通过CT的检查及对患者临床症状及体征的综合分析,可有效的减少误诊的发生。

CT Diagnosis of Atypical Tuberculosis

Objective： To further enhance the understanding of atypical tuberculosis through atypical CT manifestations of tuberculosis. Methods： To analyze 48 cases of atypical tuberculosis patients by CT conventional axial scanning. Results： The 48 cases were all isolated single lesion. Neighboring and other lungs were normal, and there were no nodules, lumps, and lymph nodes at hilar and mediastinal. Conclusion： CT examination and a comprehensive analysis of the clinical symptoms and signs can effectively reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
