波依定联合倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的探讨小剂量波依定联合倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的I}缶床效果。方法选择110例原发性高血压患者，按人院先后分为观察组和对照组，每组55例。观察组VI服波依定5mg／次，1次／d，倍他乐克片25mg／次，2次／d；对照组单纯给予波依定5mg／次，1O：／d。疗程均为8周，观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组，而不良反应率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论小剂量波依定联合倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压可以提高疗效，降低不良反应，具有临床推广价值。

Plendil combined with betaloc in treatment of essential hypertension observation of curative effect

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of plendil combined with betaloc in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods By order of admission, 110 cases with essential hypertension, were randomly divided into observation group and control group （ n = 55 ）. Observation group was treated with Plendil 5 mg/time, 1 time/d, betaloc tablets 25 mg/time,2 times/d ; the control group were given Plendil 5 mg/time, 1 time/d. The treatment time in both groups were continued for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective of observation group was higher,while the adverse reaction rate was lower than the con- trol group, the difference between groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Plendil combined with betaloc can improve efficacy, re- duce adverse reactions in the treatment of essential hypertension, with clinical value.
